The NanoElectronic Devices (NeD) group, led by Dr Antonio Lombardo, focuses on the design, fabrication and testing of novel electronic devices based on two-dimensional layered materials, their heterostructures and 2D/3D integration for applications in microwave (bio)sensing and energy-efficient electronics.


We are based at the London Centre for Nanotechnology and the Electronic and Electrical Engineering Department, University College London.
